We will also talk about how to make love last once you are in a relationship. By the end of this workshop, you will understand how natural it is to fall in love, and that your soulmate is waiting to meet you! You will also be able to stop the anxiety that drives your dating life. You will learn what a healthy relationship is, so when you meet the right person, you will be ready for the Love of Your Life!

Clearing Your Mind for Inspiration!

Free online event. Inspiration is an extension of your authentic self. Use meditation and journaling to clear your mind and feel inspired.

Brendan is a deep thinker, philosopher, and mental strategist who has expertise ranging across fitness, nutrition, counseling, yoga, meditation, and coaching.

He will walk us through how to find inspiration from an empty mind. With so many influences, so much information and endless expectations, our minds are clouded and block our true inspiration coming through. In order to find inspiration, we must find the place of emptiness beyond the judgments of good and bad, or right and wrong. Rather than searching the external world to make decisions based on reactions and interpretations, we search for inspiration within.

Georgette Van Vliet is a self-help author and certified life coach. She will share how to use affirmations and set intentions to boost your confidence, which will empower you to believe all your dreams can come true.

This workshop will cover how to effectively use meditation to empty your mind and find inspiration, tools for balancing the emotions and feelings that interfere with inspiration, as well as journaling practices to clear your thoughts and may way for inspiration.
